Pick up Mumbai was as per the schedule, arival Mahabaleshwar delayed by 1 hour, it may be of 2 stoppage for havng food.
Bus was good but can better in cleanliness. Arrived for pick up 25 mins late and we reached 1 hour behind scheduled time. Staff behaviour was good
First of all, the bus is NOT in a good condition. It is not being maintained. Its seats, footrests, push-backs - are not in a condition which you would really expect from a Merc Benz bus. They have a movie system which (thankfully) doesnt have a loud-speaker. But then they expect you to use your own wired headphones. What if someone doesnt have it? They really need to do rest this bus, renovate it and really do something about it. The pros are that somehow the bus stays on time despite them stopping at many stops in between and the staff is helpful.
It was really pathetic. 2 drunk guys were already lying on our seats and inspite of me and conductor asking them to leave they were not willing to get up. I had to push them off the bus literally to get rid of them and he gave me revengeful looksm
