It was the worst experience ever. Bus was an hour late. Driver was extremely rude. He stopped bus on right lane rather than left and asked me to get in there. when i asked him to take the bus to left since it is too risky to get in bus on right lane, his reply was he will move (exact words Chadana hai toh chand nahi toh ja). After getting in bus and arguing with him he finally did me a FAVOUR and took the bus to the left. My dad who had some of louguage had to run for an half km, it was really annoying and all this happened when i am paying premium price for this bus just for confort i.e. 2500/- usual rate is 800 to 1000/-. Apart from that information mentioned on this site is not true. Bus reached destination at 12.30 PM next day on site it is mentioned 7.30 AM (delay isnt only because of traffic we asked other passenger they said bus usually reach there at 10 AM best but never 7.30). Pathetic service,Will not recommend anyone.
Tyer got puncture at Lanza, took 3 hrs to change ,Total 7 hrs delay to reach Kankavali
Very bad journey every done. Will never recommend to anyone.I think there must be more improvement.
Bus condition is very poor & hold time also very high. I started travel 9.30pm from borivali west but i reached kankavali 11.00am It means almost 13.30 hours it is too much.
