The bus was not planned to halt at Gandhinagar. Only when I showed my ticket, they took the route for Gandhinagar from Ahmedabad. The driver said Neeta was at fault regarding miscommunication.
First of all, the bus arrived 2hours late. Then the way the staff treated the passengers looked like the staff owned the bus and passengers were their servants.
Staff was very good but bus quality was worst no charging points were working.
We were dropped 20 km from the actual dropping destination . When I enquired about the reason the bus staff and also the customer care was not coperative . It was a really painful journey which started with delay in 1.5 hours as well . The contact number shared before the bus arrived was not picking up the call despite of calling continuously .
