We had to travel by additionally paying on rickshaw to the changed Boarding point. The excuse given by the in-charge was there are some traffic issues near nala before 1st gate of Borivalli national park. Where as other busses we noticed, were boarding there passanger at this same point. We had heavy luggage and Kids. The behaviour of the in-charge was also very rough.
