Even after informing them that i need to get down at ankleshwer, they didnt stopped the bus and as i was travelling for the first time on that route a co passanger informed that ankleshwer is already passed and we are nearing bharuch. When i spoke to them, even then they didnt stopped the bus and when i shouted they stopped the bus in between around 12 kms from ankleshwer and left me on the highway from where there is no means of coming back to city and i was bound to stand on highway for almost 2 hours. Shame on the travels.
Fucking worst behavior. They left me stranded on an unknown road away from my destination. That too at 3:30 am in the middle of the road. Seriously not at all safe. I was freaking scared but no help from the staff. Disgusting
Bus was late & i was standing on road more than 1 hour.
I do not understand why we have a departure time when they neither inform about late departure but come as late as 4hrs without a word of apology, neeta should be black listed
