One of the most premium service provider who consistently fails to deliver the services for which the consumers pay such an high amount. The bus that was supposed to reach the pick up point at 11.55 pm reached at 2.00 am. So you are supposed to wait for the bus on the road, in the middle of the night. After picking you up just 2 hours late, they will exceed your expectations and reach the destination after a small delay of 5 hours from the expected time. Honestly SRS is becoming worse day by day. You cant make it a 17 hour journey for one that is supposed to be not more than 12 hours.
