The interiors of my sleeper coach were good just few buttons which were meant for charging were not working but thats fine i neglected the issue, but the bus staff was not co operative at all they were arrogant to answer questions asked to them about arrival timing of bus, and the bus reached borivali 5 hrs late than usual timing of other busses.
very bad service, no AC for the entire jouney, was roaming in pune city for 2hrs, and after that every 5min they stop the bus and keep looking for passenger by shouting mumbai mumbai, worst service ever experienced.
