The trip was good and the time required is some what more.Thank you
The mattress and blankets were dirty and smelly. Lower sleeper brth too low. window too high. Only small panel of window visible. The curtains are shared with the upper birth (worst part). The video screens were lacking headphones. So loud movie voice from a fellow passenger will not let one sleep.
In the first place the staff dont agree that the times mentioned on redbus or VRL portals are correct. They need more time for the journey. Appreciate caution demonstrated by the staff but they stopped the bus mid road for 3 hrs assuming there is a problem and finally when the repair man had come it was concluded that it is all fine and travel resumed. all schedules had gone haywire because of that. Not enough blankets in the bus! the driver tried to get us some breakfast as compensation for the time lost but VRL did not approve!! the responses to passengers about drop points at the destination left many confused and angry!!!
Bus was running at slow pace & reached the destination late by two hours as against the scheduled arrival time of 8.00 AM.The bus crew cannot speak any other language than Kannada and were very unfriendly when queries on the place of bus alighting was asked.Instead of dropping in the original alighting point, they have dropped Lakdikapul instead of Gachibowli.
