They changed the bus in the middle of the night. The driver had not idea of anything in Bangalore. He could not even tell us where we were when he stopped the bus in Bangalore. This put us in a lot of problem as we were not able to give the correct location to our parents who were on the way to pick us.
The road is so bad, it really does not matter how good or bad the bus is, it only gives me sleepless nights
It was again the worst journey with VRL travels. Bus radiator broke down in the middle of the night and passengers had to wait for another bus for about 2-3 hrs. This is not the first time, i experienced the same thing for 2 times before with VRL. How can a company sends passengers in a bus which requires servicing. First they changed actual bus at Mangalore and then they sent same bus after other ones breakdown. VRL takes ample money from passengers, they should respect passengers money and time. Their quality of service is really poor. I personally have decided not to book my tickets with VRL.
The bus did not stop for a bathroom break
