Hi, Thanks for this option to provide traveller feedback. While booking the ticket, you have not mentioned that it is a connecting bus and later got a message stating the confirmation up to Bengaluru only. Surprised and no body there to help on this. Also, got a message from Seabird that the bus is at 21:45 instead of 21:00 as per red bus. Actually, bus came at 21:20 and luckily I just reached by that time. Once reached Bengaluru, no body there to support/guide in the office and with the co passenger, managed the travel. Please mention clearly if there is any connecting bus. Thanks.
Seabird Tourists Center services were highly unsatisfactory. It involved changing two buses. One in Bangalore at 11.30 pm. Then midway on the way to Chennai in the middle of the night at 2.30 am. Bus didnt reach Chennai on time. Further the seats were nasty and stinking.
