Usually the travel agency will call and inform to the passengers regarding the time and pickup point for those who are boarding on date, I did not get any call/message from the travel agency regarding the boarding point. I got a message earlier from redbus with contact number, then I call to them, they are not responding properly they are totally unaware. They are telling that driver will call regarding my boarding point but no calls from anyone. It happens not only for me, it happens to my co-passengers also. Please follow the alert call.
as iam frequent traveller of parveen ,driving was so good.they reminded me about the stop i hav to get down..and helped me reaching my destination....the fare was superb and affordable....although all other buses are having A/C... i wish there should be an AC bus for parveen also in this route...
They woke us all up in the middle of night (2.34 am to be precise) and told us to take our luggage and board another bus. The passengers in that bus moved to our bus. I have no idea why they did that but it sure was inconvenient dragging luggage at midnight , lost sleep as well. Also Parveen buses never stops the buses at locations convenient for passengers, in chennai , they stop at peringalathur (it is very difficult to get a bus from there to guindy, thiruvanmyur adyar etc), another stop is cmbt, they drop us as far as possible from cmbt stand and we have to drag the luggage n walk a long distance to bustand. Please understand that bus service providers should consider passengers convenience rather than drivers parking location and drop point preferences.
The bus did not have Movies or Charging points for mobiles. The staff were very helpful, and punctuality was perfect.
