after several enquiry one Nita bus took us from hotel Shantivila, Mahabaleswar at 9.15 P.M. (where we were waiting from 8.00 P.M) to a different point where we have to wait for 1.30 hour. From there one unknown Nita personal took us to one highway point at mid-night with two ladies where from we board in a pune - goa bus & arranged backside upper deck sleeper with co-passenger. Three times we have to carry our luggage. It was totally a horrible journey. I never book my ticket through red- bus and also share my experience about red-bus service to my neighbours, relatives and friends.
