Bus staff behaviour was very bad we were a married couple and at the time of boarding they were acting so wierd
Bus is very unclean even seat head rest covers are not changed. In many leg rest levers are not working.
The bus started from Madurai at 08.15 and around 10 pm bus had engine problem and all passenger were on the road till 5am next day.There was no response from the KPN staff and they were not doing any alternate arrangement.All the passenger approached local police help and after police interference they have arranged alternate bus to travel .No basic facility like drinking water was supplied and they have put passenger in really difficult situation.passengers have decided to lodge complaint against KPN service.
