Lonavala, often called Lonavla is a picturesque hill resort situated in the Pune district of Maharashtra. A popular getaway destination, Lonavala is famous for the unique charm that it possesses, especially during the Monsoons. Although it is more renowned as a hill resort, the place has achieved a special place in the gastronomic chart of the country because of a hard candy sweet known as chikki (sweetmeat made out of Groundnuts and Jaggery), which is the specialty of the region. It is also a major railway station placed on the railway line connecting Mumbai and Pune. Lonavala is also an important town along the Mumbai-Pune road. That the place is important is apparent from the fact that both the major highways - the Mumbai-Pune Expressway as well as the Mumbai-Pune highway - passes through Lonavala. Lonavala is the ideal spot to spend a quiet weekend with family and friends, away from the fast-paced city life.

Bedsheet was not clean. Tablet was not functioning. People should never travel in neeta now they lost their quality only name there to take money from customers.
bed was not clean. I dont know when was it washed last. it is in bad shape. Why you were charging so much money if you still not able to maintain it?
1) Our seat no was 19&20 ( the last seats on the left side). The seats push back recliner was not working and hence it made the journey quite uncomfortable. 2) The video screen facility did not work for our seats. Additionally, it was not operational for half of the bus. The premium charges should not be charged if the facilities are not being provided. 3) All the above inconviniences were brought to the notice of the bus staff. However, it was not of great help. The bus staff rudely replied, "We are not responsible for all these things. Ask the people in the Neeta office or booking counter. We dont take care of the bus maintenance." After such an ugly experience, its highly unlikely for us to refer Neeta Travels to any of our family members or friends.
