We were unable to locate the pickup point. No phone number of the travels was shared previously over the SMS. After much searching on the web and calling their head office, we got the phone number of Kurnool branch. On calling the branch office, their phone was either busy or switched off. We could reach them only at the time of bus departure. We asked them to wait for sometime as we were at the govt bus stand and it would take 10-15 minutes to reach the point. On reaching the pickup point, we found that there was no bus nor the travels office was open. we missed the bus and we had to pay for it as well. We were highly frustated by all this.
In bus they are not providing water bottle and Blankets are worst and left are good.
One hour delay. No other issues.. Good service.
