one hour delay, allowing passengers who doesnt booked the ticket
If there is any negative rating I would prefer that firstly bus is almost 3 hours late and i was not given the seat which Ive booked , being a lone lady traveler I expect my seat which Ive paid for instead of that i was given a seat beside some male passenger and the bus staff insisted me to sit, after a long discussion i was able to get my seat and all this happened around midnight 1, this made my journey horrible thanks for all this kesaneni , first train your staff how to speak with people..
not a happy experience due to NIL amaneties , very poor punctuality.
Its Good, but I am unable get the water in the bus. I have asked the staff & they said no. I Like that, update information is good & follow up. Over all Good.
