Very good experience have wonderful staff support
Very bad service. I booked for the only reason arrival time at Chennai 5.30am today morning. But actual arrival time is 8.15 am. Because of this I am forced to get permission for my work and my was not able to go to school today.
very worst service, dont book bus tickets in this bus, staff behavior also worst. the bus started from kovilpatti at 10pm, the tickets are very less in the bus, so bus stopped in madurai for tickets around one hour. the bus reached at perungalathur 7.45am, all the buses go into city via tambaram, but the bus driver said the bus go in bye-pass, after that i took another MTC bus and came, Rathimeena travels bus oneday dropped me in tambaram at 8am, that day also all the setc and other private bus came to tamabaram, but the worst bus service not dropped me in tambaram, The bus also not good it is the 40 seater bus, so push-back not good, You can check in redbus rathimeena travels having 31 seats only,so push-back is good. In parveen volvo multi having 49 seats, the volvo bus design is 44 seats, I never expect this type of worst service from parveen.
Actual Bus arrival time in koyambedu 5:30( given in red bus ). But it was 8:00. Why are they given wrong information.
