very poor quality on bus . Its totally waste of trip and money.
Bus front damaged with accident it seems, a/c turned off during night, bus was late by 1 hour, half window screen unavailable. But driver & cleaner managed good even with this moderate facility.
The bus seat was damaged.. The push back option in the front seat is damaged and its falling on my seat.. Dont know what should I do.. And had only one driver driving all the way.. Bus supposed to reach chennai at 5 am but reached 7.30 am.. I booked online so there is no options to change my seat if it is damaged... Pls consider it should not happened in future..
bus quality worst, staff behaviour no problem and punctuality not bad.
