Bus did not come to the boarding point. Took an auto and reached the bus which was waiting at a far off location in the highway.
trip got delayed...staffs says.."thats how we operate." either SRS needs to step up or correct the timing whilst listing
They should maintain the timing it affected me a lot yesterday
I never traveled in such a worst bus, Bus pick up itself 2 hrs late 9.15pm scheduled bus reached by 11pm for pickup and supposed to reach by 6.30am but reached 9am that too stopped the bus before bengaluru due to the RTO ride.what the hell it is?? also fooling the Passengers by saying that bus breakdown. this is the last travel with SRS Travels. I suggest my friends too not to go in SRS Travels. SRS booking agents vouching that SRS is always delay. Worst Transport.. I request Red-bus Strictly for take this into consideration and take necessary action. bus quality also very poor, literally fought with them then only they started the bus.
