Staff said it is a non stop bus and didnt stopped anywhere for dinner. I got into the bus at 6.50 pm from kottayam and travelled till bangalore with hunger. I bought food from home and the staff didnt allowed to have it inside the bus and behaved very rudely and shouted on me. This is not at all expected and I evenly thought of complaining about the staff
Excellent Bus and Service. Only concern is about the blue light inside the bus, which is very irritating to eyes .
Really happy with the service, they have given cookies, snacks, clean blankets inside a cover. I have never seen such a service from Kerala. One problem was I get into the bus at kottayam at 7 pm. at 9.30 pm I asked the driver about refreshment stop, he told there is no stop!! The driver from kerala is really worst. One guy was good enough to understand and he said to have food while waiting for other passengers at Ernakulam.
Everythng was good but the scent they used inside bus was high and i felt like vomiting
