Trip was good and staff behaviour too...only thing is that Led TV was turned off after sometime..they promissed to turn it on after sm time but they didnt...rest all was great
The blankets and pillow provided were stinking
I was initially expecting bus to be Volvo or same category. Although it was not a promised when I booked the ticket. The was well maintained and came on time and arrived in Bangalore on time. I enjoyed the journey
I liked everything in bus but the hospitality the behavior was little cold. Further everything was good the cleanliness the comfort . Other thing I would like to insist for change is the break point for food. I travelled for day time from 1.30 pm to 11pm so the break points were for evening snack and dinner the places the bus stop was not good at all , at evening point few of the items were rotten, next point was for dinner at Sravan restaurant they served the menu without Rate list then on asking for the menu with rate list the behavior was rude and they denied to serve few food items as the time limit was stop was 20 min.( adding on this I didnt order anything which take long time to serve, I only order for soup but I realized they denied as they were not ready serve anything apart from few fixed dishes.) The overall experience was good but it could have been more better if the food quality served at any of the break point place was enjoying and pleasant.
