Pick up point booked was from Kateel. But informed me on the day of journey that i have to travel to Mangalore to catch the Bus. Travel from Kateel to Mangalore at night time it is difficult because of remote area. After 08:00pm in the night we wont get buses to go out side. If we know this that SRS travels are withdrawn its services fro Kateel from past 15 days I would have taken ticket for Sugama travels through Redbus. Always I am rating good for redbus journey this time i have disappointed.
Hi, I would request you to add every boarding points to the list. Because it is difficult to call the operator and tell them our boarding points to stop the bus. Thanks
The bus was stinking, There was no stop for nature calls, the bus started at 2030 ,we asked to stop to attend nature call but were told that it will stop at 02:30 am, and it never stopped,he stopped at Mangalore for 45 min and told not to get down as the bus will start in 5 min, there was no proper place to attend natures call. It is very difficult with ladies.
