1)The condition of the bus needs improvement. The seat which I booked was 18W and the leg/thigh rest could not be folded and the lever was not functioning. Many of the seats were torn and shabby. 2) For supper the bus stopped at 11.10 hrs at Thanjavur which is an odd time on a highway hotel which seemed to be unhygienic. 3) On the timings, the same bus used to reach Bangalore border i.e., Electronic City at 5.30 hours morning. Nowadays, it is reaching around 6.35 hrs.
