The VRL operator at Karad Shree tours and travels got me boarding the wrong bus, so I had to change the bus in Pune again..which was quite a hassle. I even told him I din get sms of bus number, but he was least interested to help me out. This is second time I had a bad experience with this useless agent. Plus the bus arrived almost 45 mins late at karad, tho the VRL buses did make me reach Surat lightening fast by 6 am next morn.kudos.
