Bus quality is good and maintained well. Seat covers made of sweat making material. It makes us feel more heat n sweat like a pig.Staff is kinda acted like he is busy and couldnt answer customers questions. Apart from that on time n good punctually.
Bus was very late and staff behaviour was not good
While returning from Kanyakumari.. The Bus started at exact 4.57 PM whereas the bus timing was 5PM. The worst part is, even though i have booked the ticket before, still i did not get any call from the BUS conductor before leaving the station. When we called to driver, he told to follow and catch the bus but bus wont stop for us. Whereas the bus left just before 3 minutes. We with my friend have paid a lot more to the cab and hired on the neck moment to catch the Bus and because of 2 minutes we followed the bus for 24KM. Its really worst and not at all customer friendly. Really disappointed with the support. Otherwise bus condition was good.
This is one of the best journey to happy travel its very clean cooperative staffs ecellent service
