The Bus was good. There is lack of co-ordination between redbuss and Travels. I had booked window seat and was not given one saying seat numbers are different according to Neeta Travels and RedBus. The Bus driver was very rude. We were asked to change the bus midway saying one bus picks all the passengers from one area and other one from another area then we split the people. They keep the Bus waiting until its full. They have no concern regarding passengers timings. They just ensure bus is full even if one seat is empty they will not move the Bus regardless of the time.
We had a very bad experience at the bus...just got down to hand over my umbrella after mentioning the same to the driver and he was honking to ask me to get in the bus..while he waited with no reason ..he halted at many places with no passengers to board..just left after 10-15 mins..there was lot of heat and all the seats in the bus were very dirty..we started in at 1:30pm and when we asked for a toilet break for my daughter around 4:00pm the conductor was very rude and said as the bus is delayed he will be going non-stop...after telling multiple times and literally after yelling...he stopped after 10mins in thorny brushes..further I realized..there was a proper toilet there within 10 mins from where he stopped...this was really not a human nature..will never recommend this to any one...
1. Bus condition was not upto mark. There was so much dust on seats. People expect good infrastructure if they are paying so much amount. It will be great if we could look after this. Apart from this everything was satisfactory.
The bus was good. But timings were worst. We were called at shamans chowk 6am but the shuttle came at 645 which took us to dombivli. This bus started journey at 815am & reach wapas at 11am
