Bus was stopped on many occasions to take passengers from highway and so journey was delayed

I select drop point at satellite but bus was dropped me at Vishala....its not fare. no any pick up from there..
While travelling from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar, by Patel , it took 5.30 Hours but return by Neeta took 6.30 Hours . The halt for food was same both ways. Charges were not working on both trips.
