This travels doesnt deserve to be given 0 in the rating too.I had to wait 2 hrs at my pick up point. It stopped at midnight 1 am for dinner.and I reached vizag at 3pm in the next day which was supposed to reach at 9 in the morning. This is the WORST bus service I have ever had. My whole journey was affected for this worst service. I would never encourage anybody to board this bus.
I wish I had not travelled by this bus. No punctuality; I reached Vizag after travelling 20.50hrs!!!The quality of the bus was so bad that it was full of bad odour, dirty sheets and mosquitoes and what not.
This was the worst journey I ever had. They changed my boarding point on the spot and asked me to come to another area to board the pick-up bus. I reached the particular boarding point within 15 minutes and they were late by one and half hour!!! Finally I got into that pick-up bus and reached the place where we have to board our Bus. It was 12:30 am and the bus had a break down. It took 2 and Half hours time to get it repaired. The bus is expected to reach our place by 9 or 10:00 am. It reached there at 2:30 pm!! All my Holiday plans were spoiled like anything.
The pickup was 2 hours late. And the bus reached my destination 6 HOURS LATE.
