they have given as a semi sleeper but it is only a push back, and the bus having lot of troubles, bus is going very Slow
Bus was making lot of sound as if some part of the axle is broken. When asked they didnt bother to look in to it.
It was given that I should report there before 15 minutes. The bus supposed be there by 8:30PM but it made me to wait for more than an hour. This is really disgusting.
Travelled with my wife and month old baby. Journey was comfortable & staff was polite. They followed up every passenger booked on bus.
