Worst service, I never found. They left me without picking at my stop. Then I went by auto another stop. No punctuality delayed like anything.
Nice Experience but lack of toilet in bus as a important amenities.
Halt should me made at places with proper paid toilets. Most of the times the bus stopped road side for toilet break.
Ive booked for 6pm bus from lb nagar as pickup point. Morning star staff called in the afternoon stating that the bus is under repair and changed the bus to 10:40pm from lakdikapool although the change was due to less occupancy. Staff had promised for lb nagar pickup which driver denied upon enquiry. Had to board from aramgarh at 12am after 1hour waiting on road at midnight that too with infant. Bus arrival should be at 8:30am vut the bus arrived at 11am. Reluctant staff. Pathetic experience.
