Bus got delayed and arrived late at the destination by 3 hours.
I booked neeta and suppose to board at Kukatpally, Hyderabad at 8.40. the bus showed up at 11.30PM - staff was not answering any question properly.. the bus was not Neeta bus -- it looks they resold to some one else. the worst journey i ever made. Pune reached at 12.30PM - i lost whole day of business.. total loss. i never buy ticket from either redbus or neeta.
Started very late and actual arrival time is 9AM reached at 12PM.
My bus was cancelled. They arranged another bus, the other bus guy arranged a last seat. Staff behavior was very bad. After I asked them the seat given to me is a temporary seat or permanent (sometimes these volvos pick people temporarily and takes you to the hyd exit where original bus would be waiting), they said it is permanent. Then I got to know that neeta bus was cancelled, this bus was alternative accomodation.
