had nice journey. I felt comfort even better than sleeper. it will be more smooth if roads are good towards Pune route.
Seats are too tight on the kesineni travels. Punctuality is also not there.
The bus was supposed to drop at 5 am in pune but dropped at 7 am due to which i had missed my bus to shirdi along with friends and i had to travel by cab spending 2000 bugs almost.
Staff really rude and unconcerned about the passenger needs. Driver was wiping his hands off the curtains. Unclean blankets. Conductor slept in the way making it difficult to walk through the aisle.
