Good Travel from Hyderabad to Madurai. Smooth travel and well trained drivers. No sudden jerks.
It was a pleasant surprise to see that Kesineni provided an A/C Pick up coach. I hope they continue this and provide it at all locations. While the bus quality is still good, theres scope for minor improvements. The head seat cover (anti-Makassar) has worn out and this is causing bruises to the neck. The seat ergonomics can be improved as the plastic mold for the bottle holder is directly hitting your knees and causing discomfort if the passenger before you reclines totally. The Dinner stop should be around 8:30 to 9 PM (10:40 PM is late). The staff should be considerate enough to accommodate unavoidable recess break. Overall it was a pleasant journey
They did not stop enough for restroom visits in the evening after starting at 16:50 until after 22:00 hrs. They should improve there, thats about it.
