Quite a pleasant experience. The rest stop is also at the better place than most other buses choose, although it could be better.
Orange Travels bus was on time at starting point (Gachibowli) and on time at Kochi. Water, Snacks, Blanket were provided
The bus was late by 3 hours when it reached Kochi. When the bus passed Coimbatore the only passenger left on the bus was me after that the staff is very lazy and they behaved like they completed the ride and they behaved like they reach the destination whenever they want so they stopped so many places for tea and things. Even they stopped in a small road that is far from the main road to buy Rice. Yeah Uncooked Rice. Pathetic. After buying groceries, for their lunch and Dinner the driver drove the bus through one way for a kilometre to reach the main road... This is pathetic and unprofessional from a service like Orange
