There were multiple issues with this travel company: - I have booked the ticket in a A/C bus from Hyd to Bapatla but actually the bus was going to Tenali but not Bapatla. Passengers were asked to get down at a place which is almost 50KM away from Bapatla. - We were asked to wait for 30min at that place and then sent us to Bapatla by another non-A/C bus - That other bus was already filled and we were asked to sit wherever seats were available. - When we asked about that, bus caretaker gave a number. We called that guy but he said he had no clue about it. Passengers felt Morning Star travels cheated us on multiple things.
