They dint know the meaning of punctuality...bus was running late around 2 hours from its scheduled time...not satisfied at all.
First driver till Sankeshwar was good. Sankeshwar to Pune guy was arrogant.
All the bus operators need to have a washroom for gents n ladies separately with hygiene n cleanliness in mind..... there was no washroom for both the genders at all the offices of the travel company I visited.
TSRS management is very bad...For 10 PM bus I had to wait till 12:30 AM. This experience is very bad.
