Bus was good..but started from hubli at 10am waited for 4 hours. Reached at bangalore on 5.30pm..and as per staff information next bus to chennai on 10.00pm..but came on 12.00pm..reached chennai on 6.00am so..hourney was totallytotally hectic..and seabird travel staf was full of bullshit..fake promusses..
A advance heads up that there would a change of bus along the journey would have been nice. I think you should explicitly mention that if thats the case.
The experience was not good as they changed the bus in mid-journey and for that I had to wait for 1.5 hours and finally I reached the destination late by 2 hours.
My boarding place in hubli and time 3:45am. I was there from early morning 3am, but bus came at 6am. Also while book the ticket they mentioned 1 boarding place and driver called and said "bus will come the place where ur waiting, if u want to travel come to NH Bypass Toll". which is 9km distance from the actual boarding place. From Bangalore to Chennai its consumed 9 Hrs. This is a first time I travelled such a long time to the short distance place. Overall Seabird need to improve a lot. I will give "0" mark overall
