"AC vent water leakage", I had been travelling from Hosur to Salem yesterday 20/05/2016 afternoon in a Hindustan travels bus Bangalore to Coimbatore. The AC vents started leaking water above my seat and also from the seat in front of mine. Inspite of complaining to the bus staffs, no action was taken. My co passengers and myself had to drench in water. Ridiculous & Irresponsible ????
Bus staff and quality is good. But at the same time hosur,Sri Arun Lakshmi Travels agency staff behaviour is very arrogant and adamant and it is not at all acceptable in any manner. The bus supposed to be reach by 11 pm and depart by 11.15pm where as the bus was not turned up until 11 30. While we ask about status he said he dont know when it will reach and he ask us to complaint this to bus owners. By 1140 2 Hindustan travel bus has reached to the point and when we ask about which one is belongs Salem, he started shouting and saying that he dont know and ask us to wait for some time until he check and let us know. Imagine that 1130 PM kids and old aged women standing in that mosquito filled yard from 1045 to 1140 is horrible and much more than that its raining intermittently. There is no waiting place and this travel agency office is at first floor. To reach their office via 1 foot spiral staircase is impossible for 60+ aged passengers. We are selected this service to have a pleasant trip with sleeping facility while travelling, though we can hire a Innova for 196 km journey with the cost of fare what we paid or lesser. Totally ridiculous approach by the travel agency staff puts us to rethink using this option thro Redbus. I will write this to all my blog and social media to make them aware keep away from these atrocious behavioral agency guys. Let Red bus forward this comment to Hindustan travels to look after some other agency in Hosur. otherwise they will loose their credentials and soon they run their vehicle with no passengers.
