seat no 13 U no TV facility available and no light . 1 hour late. bad experience
This is an unnecessarily over priced bus service. The seats were uncomfortable, as against the Metro bus that I travelled by to go to Hospet from Pune. Metro bus was cheaper and very comfortable. SRS travels is useless. They made us wait in a cramped area infested with misquotes in Hospet and the bus was almost half an hour late. The seats were uncomfortable. The ceiling was hitting my head when I sat up and I am just 5.2 feet tall. The curtains were torn! Therefore, no privacy and the window curtains were common for the upper berth and lower berth and hence we had to play tug of war opening and shutting it. I wouldnt recommend anyone to spend almost Rs. 1600 for a one way ticket on this bus for a shoddy experience. I would rather go by Metro bus. Just Rs. 900 for a ticket, punctual and very comfortable.
Bus sheetmetal parts were loose & making noise. Bus was with cracked wind shield.
The hotel where bus stopped for dinner was very bad. Attendant was not properly communicating. Few drunken passengers were allowed. Phone charger was not working cont.
