SEABIRD TOURISTS Very very worst.... Almost 23:30 hrs taken to reach chennai instead of 16 hrs..There is Some communication gap between bus driver and agency.... I have reached ma boarding point by 1hr early ,but still they didnt pick me up from selected boarding point.... Some how managed by using local bus service to chase them at next boarding point....
You should remove this bus Itinerary from your site . They are collecting the ticket as from goa to Chennai . today they have changed the bus operator to National travel. The bus suppose to leave from Bangalore at 9:30 Am as per the Seabird operator , however the bus left at 10;45 AM and took 12:00 to cross the Silk board stop , they stopped many places and waiting to board the passengers . They reached Chennai at 06;15 PM . Many of the passengers were shouted and arguing with bus operator , they dont care nay thing .
Horrible is what I can say.... Even thou Redbus had warned me during the booking that this bus service provider (Sea Bird) does not have a good repo, the choice for me was limited (only two service available from Chennai to GOA) Sea Bird & Paulo (in which I did not have a good experience in past). The Volvo bus is old, seats are soiled, no provision of water for such a long journey, blankets smell & the best thing is the driver / conductor person sleeps in between the lobby after dinner break & he doesnt move at all during the short stops the bus takes making it difficult especially for lady & children travelers. Pls spend some couple of thousands more & go by AIR or TRAIN rather than spending 16-18hrs in this bus.
