seat maintenance was not upto the level and driving was very harsh. punctuality was always 30 minutes delay
Driver was rude. Before reaching t.veli they unloaded at kpn parcel office for 20/min. Driver responds as if he is the president of all India omni bus association. He doesnt allow people to load the luggage under the hood nor at the bus
Such a big travel of kpn the bus is not so good compare with their other buses.
