The cancellation of KPN on 31st May to Madurai was not intimated to me either email or phone. I could only know about it from the travel agent at Vyttila while I was enquired about the bus due to delay of their schedule time. It was disappointed me. Then I asked each and every bus stopped at Vyttila and finally SPS accommodated me for my journey to Madurai.
Worst travel ever, I strongly suggest not to use KPN travels any more, Totally pathetic.
Staffs behaviour is very worst, and bus quality is not good.
Your bus is starting from Mofusal bus stand Mattuthavani. Then why cant you drop at Mattuthavany instead of Periyar while return from Ernakulam to Madurai. So many times some Bank employees and other students are quarreling with driver in this regard. Some travel is ready to drop mattuthavany, then your business will definitely loose. Charges also to be maintained low.
