usually drivers in kesineni bus will have manners towards customer... but this time both the drivers were very much abusive with the passengers if they request for urinal....they used bad languages infront of all
The bus reached boarding point within 10 minutes of the set time. Reached destination 30 minutes earlier. Good. Excellent driving with brakes, no sudden brakes or edge of seat experience. Very good. Blankets were good. One staff was a bit loud with a passenger. Do not know the reason. Around 12.30 midnight, the road was a bit rough. I thought on a Volvo we did not know the breaks or potholes on the road. Some hand rests moves backward 90*. This was good as a leg rest for the passenger behind. Overall a comfortable experience.
when it comes to staff behaviour kesineni is the best bus service provider.they take care of everybody
The bus came spot on time. For dinner, the bus stopped at a nice restaurant with good food and clean toilet facilities. The driving was smooth.
