Really not satisfied with the punctuality. Waiting for the bus with kids & family was an painful experience.
very late, no one is picking up call, iresponsive reply from staff.
I have booked my seat in Middle row as i never prefer in front or back rows because of my safety. But i didnt get my seat , they asked me to sit in first row seat. Even though i decided to sit in the first row, next to my seat the guy was fully drunken and put his hand legs on me. I didnt sleep till i reach bangalore.
Bus was in excellent condition but they failed in punctuality. Bus was late by almost 1.5 hrs to reach the pickup point. Finally we reached Bangalore by 11 PM as we suppose to reach by 8:30 PM.
