Very worst service by SRS ..4hrs getting late to reach destination. BUS no 990 from mera road mumbai to dharwad. Boarding point left at 7.15pm but morning 8.30am still in kolhapur. All passengers are very upset because because of
Good clean bus. But ... The driving was not smooth enough for one to be able to sleep. Several curtains were defective and would not cover the windows to stop light coming in. When they stopped for dinner at a roadside restaurant at 11:30 pm in the night, they asked everyone in the sleeper bus to wake up and vacate the bus. Whats the point of travelling in a sleeper bus then? Every time any passenger got down at his destination or a new passenger came in, the all the bright lights were switched on to the annoyance of sleeping passengers, and nobody bothered to switch them off even after the new passenger is settled. No space near the sleeping berth where you can put your small items like belt, spectacles, etc. before sleeping. Mobile charging point had no power.
