Very worst service by SRS ..4hrs getting late to reach destination. BUS no 990 from mera road mumbai to dharwad. Boarding point left at 7.15pm but morning 8.30am still in kolhapur. All passengers are very upset because because of
Good clean bus. But ... The driving was not smooth enough for one to be able to sleep. Several curtains were defective and would not cover the windows to stop light coming in. When they stopped for dinner at a roadside restaurant at 11:30 pm in the night, they asked everyone in the sleeper bus to wake up and vacate the bus. Whats the point of travelling in a sleeper bus then? Every time any passenger got down at his destination or a new passenger came in, the all the bright lights were switched on to the annoyance of sleeping passengers, and nobody bothered to switch them off even after the new passenger is settled. No space near the sleeping berth where you can put your small items like belt, spectacles, etc. before sleeping. Mobile charging point had no power.
time plays an essential role in deciding: sion drop time was 6.30, i was dropped at 8.30 am? the bus left on time, but the stops in between delayed the bus, essentially: Also the sound system should be personal and not public, like in aircraft Also there is differential pricing: my fellow passenger got ticket at 1400 Rs and i paid 2000 Rs: : :??/ thanks for the feedback request: SRS travels is good, but the time sense should be dramatically improved
I booked the 11 pm bus from Dharwad on redbus.in. But the SRS travels office called me and said that they have booked me in the 10.15 pm bus. So i had to rush to their office. On reaching their office, the bus never arrived at 10.15 pm, it came somewhere around 10.50 pm or maybe later. How can they do this ? What if i couldnt reach there by 10.15. Even they changed my seat number in the bus. The staff at the SRS office Dharwad was horrible. Very very unfriendly and unprofessional. Also not at all courteous. In future how can i trust my bookings done through redbus.in ??
