RED Bus service is very bad and i suggest to all travelers please dont book ticket from www.redbus.in. There is no proper response from there customer care and no one give proper answer if u are in trouble. Thus once again we are appealing to all travelers please dont book ticket from www.redbus.in
I do not dare to rate your service as I had a most horrible experience yesterday. the bus did not come as there was a breakdown but no communication from any where. I along with my 2 daughters was stranded for 2.5 hours and then I dropped the idea of going as it was already 2.30 am in the mid-night. absolutely horrible experience, I do not dare to book a ticket again through your web-site. The bus was running short of blankets. Even I did not get it. Managed the chillness some how.
