I had booked ticket to manipal from dharwad on 16 Oct 2014 however I was dropped in udpi n was told that the bus would not take me to manipal saying that there was no pick up from there. It was 5am,after arguing for 10 min he plainly refused to drop me to manipal. This behaviour of vrl staff is unacceptable.
