The worst experience I ever had in travels...I booked an AC sleeper bus...but due to some repair we passengers were asked to travel in a non ac seater(similar to an old tin box in local slang thagara dappa)...the response from the people in the office was very bad...they didnt have an alternate bus...a bus getting broke down is somethingsomething Normal which is not in our hands..but the problem is a passenger who travelled in the same bus that morning is clearly telling that the same bus got broke down that morning...now a proper dedicated drive should have complained that morning to higher officials and arranged a different bus..but he did not..so now the inconvenience created for us is completely due to ignorance of the driver and the official responsible Fr that..then After a long fight and long wait from 10pm to 3am they arranged Fr a proper bus..really hated...
Bus Depot in Puducherry was bad and poorly maintained
