They are not properly maintaining the cleaning, just using the bus as such from the previous travel. And from the pickup point no checking cleanlness, availability of proper blankets etc. And asking the passengers to adjust. This is not fare where every passenger is paying Rs.1150, they should be treated like one
I had booked tickets in multi axle volvo but the travels changed the bus and didnt inform. The quality of the bus was very bad and ac was not working in some areas, to top it all there were mosquitoes around.
AC ducting leaked along the whole length of one side of the bus. Driver kept reducing the AC because of this. The whole bus had to suffer through the six hour journey. Bus seats were dirty and grubby. Blankets were unwashed and smelt terrible. Bottled water wasnt distributed as advertised.
