Bus came right on time, though i faced a challenge in finding the bus stop. Going from Pondi to Kochi, via Parveen Travels, we were given a bottle of water, a can of juice and a packet of chips. Didnt get the chips on my way back to Pondi. Plug point near my seat wasnt working and the staff on board didnt know what to do about it. I dont know if the other plug points were working or not.
